I am William Stivaletta; my journey began at the illustrious University of Westminster, where in 2020, I achieved a first-class honours BSc in Human Nutrition.

This milestone marks the threshold from which I embark upon a remarkable career dedicated to the promotion of health and well-being among individuals.

 

I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (with registration number 20951), and I am a Registered Dietitian and also registered with the HCPC.

Speaking of movement, I've recently embarked on a new journey. Running has become my latest passion, and my goal is to conquer the London Marathon. 

 

It's important to emphasize that this platform goes beyond regular blogs. Each word, insight, and piece of knowledge is carefully chosen and built upon evidence-based research and expert knowledge.

This blog is also my space to share my culinary experiments, active pursuits, and the moments that define my journey.
